One of the things I do is help companies hire security folks. From CISOs to Security Analysts and Engineers. I know what questions to ask, but oftentimes other people on the security panel are not security experts…. sometimes including the hiring manager. So I’m putting together a list of questions to help those in charge of hiring security folks. This is a DRAFT, but it’s already 3 pages long.
