There is so much good talent within your organization you might be passing up. IT Helpdesk, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, or even current security staff looking for change within.

There are so many engineers out there that already bake security into their work and/or are security minded. Fullstack Engineers, SRE's, etc..
Why don't they apply?
Well, they may feel one needs special certs for a security career, and thus not apply.
