1/ Within your OWN company! There is so much good talent within your organization you might be passing up. IT Helpdesk, Project Managers, Engineering Managers, Engineers, or even current security staff looking for change within.

2/ Experienced Engineers There are so many engineers out there that already bake security into their work and/or are security minded. Fullstack Engineers, SRE's, etc.. Why don't they apply? Well, they may feel one needs special certs for a security career, and thus not apply.

4/ Competitions There are TONS of competitions out there where people are hacking everyday. @globalcptc is a great example, but there are so many others. @CTFtime is a great index of CTF's as well.

5/ Bug Bounty Policy Everyday there are folks working on discovering application security issues similar to yours. Heck, they may be working on your apps right now. Can easily post a link to your careers page in your policy page.
